Father’s Heart International is a non profit Christian organization founded by Tommy and Kathie Griner. It exists to demonstrate the practical love of Christ and to serve the church in Africa and the world.
Question2: What is the mission of Father’s Heart?
For a continent such as Africa, devastated by the terrible suffering and death caused by HIV/AIDS, it is not only important to provide the basic needs to sustain life, but also to build up a biblical, moral conscience, by which restoration comes. Because of this, Father’s Heart in Africa is dedicated to serving the people of Africa in a holistic way through supporting their ministries of church planting, hunger relief to vulnerable children, evangelism, and education.
Question 3: What are the accountability standards for Father’s Heart International?
Father’s Heart is a non profit 501 (c) 3 of the
Internal Revenue Service of the United States. The ministry is overseen by an independent board of directors and is also submitted to the standards of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. ECFA is an independent non profit accreditation agency dedicated to helping Christian ministries earn the public’s trust through adherence to standards of responsible accounting practices and stewardship.
