Mass Evangelism
taking the gospel of the glory of Jesus Christ to Africa

Check our videos from last years crusades. You will find many testimonies of healing and deliverance that will encourage you. We are returning in the Spring (April 22-May 11) to do two more crusades. One will be in north east Zambia in a city called  Solwazi. The other in central Zambia, in a city called Ndola. Ndola is in Zambia's copperbelt. Both of these cities have a tremendous need for the gospel of the glory. Please pray with us for these events. We will also be doing a youth conference titled The Burning. We feel like the Lord is launching us into a more intentional ministry to the youth. Add that to you prayer list also. If you can help financially, we would be greatly appreciative. We have only been able to do these great campaigns over the years because of those who sponsor our efforts. Blessings, Tommy Griner president Father's HeartDonate-

. . . reaching the lost

Feeding hungry children is a priority of Father's Heart. Yet an even greater priority is providing the food that fills the heart with the good news of salvation--the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In Luke 4:35 Jesus said, "Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" In response to that assurance, Tommy Griner, founder of Father's Heart International, conducts evangelistic meetings and leadership conferences. These open-air meetings reap a significant spiritual harvest as thousands of people commit their lives to the Lord. These are exciting times as people are saved, freed from demonic bondage, healed of sickness and spiritually restored.

Gospel crusades, are they effective? Read Tommy's answer. . . read more

Crusade Distinctives

Access for the Poor
We set up our crusades where the poor live so they Come to Christdon't have to pay bus fare to come to us. Crusades in stadiums cost too much to put on because of the rent of the stadiums. As well, people that make only 1 dollar a day average are forced to spend 3 dollars to ride the bus to the stadium. We set up in a dirt soccer field right in the densely populated compound so the whole neighborhood can hear the preaching and walk to the crusade. Crusades in soccer fields can hold more people that a stadium. A typical stadium in Africa can only hold 20,000 people. We have preached up to 130,000 people in one night.

A Message of True Repentance
The message we preach is different. President Tommy Griner preaches a message that leads to conviction of sin that in turn leads to repentance then to salvation. We believe without true repentance there will not be true conversion.

A Message with Power
We do deliverance ministry with the help of the local pastors. At our crusades you will see laying on of hands for healing, praying for the new believer to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and casting out demons so the people will be free to start a new life in Christ.

A Message with Follow-Up
We fill out decision cards from each new believer. We get their name and address and hand out the cards to the local pastors. The pastors will then visit them at their homes to pray with them and to invite them into the church. Many times local churches double or triple in size after we do a crusade in their neighborhood.

Good use of Resources
We are experts at doing crusades for a very low cost. An average crusade in Lusaka, Zambia costs us less than $10,000 to host. In 2004 we preached in Kanyama compound to 75,000 during 4 nights. The last night 30,000 attended. Many local pastors said we had gathered the largest group of people in Zambia they had ever seen in their lives. After the fourth night of preaching, it was reported that over all several  thousand had confessed Christ as their savior. Many also confessed healing including the blind, deaf, and crippled. All this was done  with a budget of under 5,000 dollars. donate
